75-Minute Youth Soccer Practice Plan

The extra time should deepen the same topic rather than add unrelated drills. Increase opposition, direction, and decision speed while protecting a long final game.

A focused 75-minute session

01

10 minutes: movement with the ball

Activate with scanning, turns, and changes of speed.

02

15 minutes: technical focus

Repeat the action in a clear direction with a target.

03

20 minutes: decision and transition

Use 2v1, 3v2, or a target game with immediate counterattacks.

04

30 minutes: match play

Play several rounds and use breaks for short feedback and player questions.

Common mistakes
